Who and what
are we?

We are a small, Cyprus based, firm of accountants and business advisors with long commercial experience and with professional links as far afield as New York, Hong Kong & Singapore.

Our aim is to act in a similar way to the traditional idea of a Swiss Private Bank. Absolute discretion coupled with professional, but innovative, solutions. We do not offer “offshore companies a la carte” from this site; we simply provide to our clients good, practical structuring advice.

We offer consultancy & structuring advice to clients so that their proposed business is conducted from low and zero tax jurisdictions, and that full advantage is taken of tax treaties to minimise taxation.

Through our associates and joint venture partners, we are able to establish companies at competitive cost in most of the low and zero tax jurisdictions.

Company formation

We provide the full range of accounting and book-keeping services to our clients and have links with auditors in those jurisdictions which require an audit.

Accounting & book-keeping services

We are authorised agents for a number of banks including Norvik Banka, FBME Bank, Loyal Bank, EuroPacific Bank and OCBC in Singapore. Accounts can be opened without a personal visit to the bank.
